1. Free UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for free delivery.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT will begin processing the following business day.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

3. Transit & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated transit time is:

Delivery Window: 3-6 business days.
Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Delivery Method & Tracking

We partner with reliable UK carriers to ensure your appliances arrive in perfect condition. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO).
For very large items (e.g., large refrigerators or ovens), our carrier may contact you via the phone number provided (+44 7916689075) to schedule a specific delivery window.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately:

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, it cannot be canceled but can be returned under our 30-Day Return Policy.
