Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for all orders across the United Kingdom. No minimum spend required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Transit time is 3-6 business days, meaning your new gear usually arrives within 4-8 business days total.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards processed securely via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to check out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact support@tuff-gear.shop within 12 hours of placing your order for a full immediate refund.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your unused appliance in its original packaging for a refund.

Do your appliances come with a warranty?

Every product sold by Tuff Gear Limited comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults.
