Refund policy

At TUFF GEAR LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home appliance, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Return Labels: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@tuff-gear.shop or call +44 7916689075. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Fees

For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Tuff Gear Limited covers the return shipping cost (Free Returns).
For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized goods or items marked as "Final Sale." We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or PayPal to process and post the refund.
